Repeat Prescriptions Advice

Please hand in written notes for all Repeat Prescriptions with Name & address or they can be requested via online services. Please allow 48hrs for collection. Please expect the Doctor to request a review of your Repeat medication at least once a year.

The Repeat Prescription number is 0121 327 1878 (open 12.30pm to 2.30pm Mon-Fri only).

If you are a patient aged 16 years or over, you can now order your repeat prescription using our internet booking service.  Once registered for the internet service you can also book a routine appointment with your GP.

If you haven't registered yet you will need to visit our reception desk to sign up for the service. You will need to do this yourself in person and bring with you some form of ID such as photo driving licence or passport.

Acute Prescriptions

All other prescriptions are issued at the Doctor’s discretion such as Calpol for children. Please provide a contact number. The doctor may wish to discuss this with you.
