We are encouraging patients who do not want to wait on the phone to please use this service.

1 Seek medical advice online from Naseby Medical Centre – there will be a few simple questions to answer about your condition so we can decide on the best course of action for you. It is important to provide as much information as possible.
You will be asked how you want to be contacted, this could be via text, phone or video consultation (this function will depend on the signal). Please note it can take up to 3 days for the practice to respond.

2 Send a non urgent query to our admin team – you can contact us with referral queries, fit note/ sick note queries, medication requests etc. and the admin team can respond quickly and efficiently with a two way text messaging system if they need more information. Please note this can take up to 3 days for the practice to respond.
3 Self Help information – AccuRx can signpost you to local NHS services including pharmacies or self-referral services.
