Access to Medical Records
Online access to your medical records
As of 1st April 2016 patients will be able to access their on line medical records which may include documents blood test results and consultations.
If patients have already signed up for on line prescription services this will make you eligible for this additional service. However it will only be offered to you via a GP consultation.
Patients do need to be verified to access this service. If you wish to see your blood test results on line this can be authorised for you at the time of your consultation.
If you are not currently signed up for online services such as prescriptions (this does not refer to Appointments) then if you wish to register for this service please let one of the reception team know and they can print a form for you, or you can register via the website.
